A group of highly qualified engineers with decade of industry experience in Building Management System, Fire Detection & Protection System and Security System in Bangladesh conceived the idea of an engineering firm which would render its expertise to building services business.

Felix Controls Limited was founded in the month of December, 2010 duly incorporated under the Company Act (Act XVIII) of 1994 by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh vide Certificates of Incorporation No # C88761/10 issued by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, Bangladesh.
